Beef and Broccoli

Heat the olive oil over high heat in a skillet. Season the steak with salt and pepper. Cook until beef is almost completely browned. Stir in onions and saute until tender. Then add and stir in broccoli, condensed cream of broccoli soup, water and soy sauce. Mix well together. Reduce heat and cover the pan with a lid. Cook to desired doneness.

Preheat the oven to 200°C/Gas Mark 6. In a large bowl mix together the spices, lemon juice, garlic, yogurt and a pinch of pepper to season until well combined. Add the chicken pieces and coat with the mix of yogurt. Marinate it for at least 30 minutes. Put the marinated chicken pieces into an oven and cook for 20 minutes or until cooked. Take a frying pan and heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in. Add the onion and cook for 5 to 10 minutes until it turns to tender. Add the garam masala and tomato puree or paste and cook for a few minutes more. Then you can add the tinned tomatoes and heat it for 5 minutes. Then add the cooked chicken pieces and cream. Lastly season with pepper and add chopped coriander leaves. Then tikka masala is ready.
