Very nice flavor, freshness, quality and color.

Worked wonderfully in the recipe that called for it and honestly we can see ourselves using this on so many more dishes because of it's great mild to medium spice and strong chili flavor. It's less spicy than cayenne and waaay better flavor than chili powder.
