Minced or ground fresh lamb meat or Keema. Exclusively halal and incredibly fresh cut, usually the lamb brisket, skirt and flank are deboned to be made into ground lamb meat. Although for lean ground meat, shoulder cut is the most preferred. One thing to note is that, there is no room for error to overwork ground meat while making patties and sausages. Has a fair amount of crisp and earthy flavour to it but definitely not as gamey as lamb chop meat. It goes well with strong spices to form some amazing ground lamb meals.
