Premium fresh, not frozen and halal tender cuts of lamb. Meat chops are usually from the rib racks of lamb, loin or shoulder. Lamb Rib chops in particular has a nice meaty flavour which compliments greatly with quick high-heat cooking like grilling or broiling.Also known as cutlets, usually cooked individually on the grill or BBQ. Being very decadently robust in flavour, they match perfectly with strong earthy herbs and spices. Veggie sides from carrots to potatoes to asparagus to White beans all fit well to a wholesome palate.
