Oven Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 450F. Apply a non-stick spray to a sheet pan. Place the chicken drums on the pan. Bake for 20 minutes then turn the drums over. Bake for an additional 15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165F. Measured with a thermometer
Grilling instructions:
Preheat the grill to medium-high
Heat for 10 minutes, reduce to medium heat and place drums on the grill turn of ten, cook approximately 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F heat for 10 minutes
