These squids are very flavourful and can be sliced into rings for making tasty calamari recipes.This tender, mild, nutty flavoured and chewy, seafood should be cooked for a few minutes for grilling or frying and should cook a very long time for stewing and braising. Otherwise,cooking in between these times gives a rubbery texture
