The fresh and wild dry sea scallops are mainly from the coasts of Canada, wildly caught by experienced fishermen. As our scallops are natural with no moisture added(dry) it won't shrink and you would get great sear on them. These creamy and tender seafood can be used for pan frying or in pasta, stir fry, and paella.
From the ocean to your table, we ensure that our product is adequately treated to provide the best flavor and texture.
