The BC Snapper, also known as Rockfish, are wild caught by expert fishermen,mainly from the British Columbia seas. It is high in protein, low in fat and is an excellent source of Omega 3. These fishes have bright red scales that make this a mild pink coloured meat with a little sweet and a kind of nut flavoured. Its taste is very similar to cod or haddock.The versatility and leanness is attractive and this tender meat can be cooked in a different way using mild or strong seasonings as your convenience .
